Hartlepool United Football Club
Formed in 1908 from the successful amateur side ‘West Hartlepool Amateur Football Club’, Hartlepool’s much-loved football club draws much devotion and passion from its supporters. And if you pay a visit watch out for the Club’s mascot – H’Angus the Monkey!
The Victoria Park grounds has a capacity of 7,865 with four distinct areas:
- The Prestige Group Cyril Knowles Stand: A modern all-seated stand in which the players tunnel is situated.
- The Prostate Cancer UK Stand: An all-terraced stand situated behind one of the goals.
- The East Durham College Neale Cooper Stand: A two-tier stand hosting an all-seated upper tier and terraced lower.
- The Smith & Graham Stand: An all-seated stand for away supporters located behind one of the goals.
You can even purchase all the latest official merchandise at the recently established Pool’s Retail Store.
Just a stones throw from the Town Centre, the grounds are conveniently situated near to a wide selection of restaurants, bars and pubs.
